Kaspersky security seems to stop my CF9 local server

I installed CF 9 recently and it was working fine until I installed Kaspersky.

I want to add the server to the list of "trusted" apps: but am stumped at finding where the server exe is.

The server does work after rebooting, but fails when the system goes to sleep.
