Licensing CF Enterprise and previous Enterprise versions

We first purchased the Enterprise version of CF 9, and have since purchased Enterprise 10.  Can we still use the CF9 Enterprise on a different server?

Hello AnnTerrell,

Was it in upgrade from CF9 Enterprise to CF10 Enterprise . If yes, then as per EULA you can only use either of the licenses at one instance.
