Looking for Design Ideas - Suggestions?

I have a new project and looking for design layout ideas.   I don't have a graphic designer for items so I am left to hunt through websites and get ideas.  I do a project in ColdFusion twice a year so I don't have a ton of experience but I need a fresh new updated look.   Any suggestons on where to get ideas?  Any specific websites you might go to or work you review?    Thanks!
