Mail Error

I am having an issue where some of our mail is not sending to the mail server. All the mail is setting the spool. When I check the mail log I am seeing this error. 

 

Can't find resource for base name coldfusion/tagext/mail/resource.properties

 

Does anyone have any suggestions?

    Just encountered this same error for a client. In our case they had moved their app from CF Enterprise to CF Standard. 

     

    For Enterprise the "server" attributed supports a comma separated list of servers. For standard it doesn't. It doesn't throw an error mind you. The mail just gets stuck in the spool and you get the error "Can't find resource for base name coldfusion/tagext/mail/resource.properties" in the mail log. 

    The end solution was to remove the backup server from the variable passed into the "<cfmail server=" attribute. 

    For the pending mail stuck in the queue we had to modify the .cfmail files to remove the duplicate server and credentials before those files would process.

        Open the file /lib/neo-mail.xml in a text editor. Verify that it doesn't have any unexpected contents.

         

        In any case, could you share the full stacktrace of the error?
