Maximum simultaneous requests

I have changed the maximum simultaneous requests setting to a lower amount. I thought I had to restart CF to make it go - but looking at CFSTAT, it seems to be respecting it. We're using CF 8 - has this changed?

    I thought I had to restart CF to make it go

    Pressing the Submit Changes button should have been enough.
