Memory consumption on CF8.0.1 64Bit with Windows 2003 server

I seem to be having issues with the coldfusion server consuming all the memory i allocate it. Currently I am running Coldfusion 8.0.1 ENT 64 Bit on Windows 2003 Server ENT 64 Bit.

When i start the CF service the memory is about 300mb. Within the course of the day it climbs to 1200mb and does not come down.

I have implemented the periodic garbage collection work around but it has done nothing.

Is anyone else having memory issues with the 64 bit version of CF8? I was running CF8 in 32 bit mode on the same server previously and i was not having these issues at all.

    What does the CF8 server monitor is saying is using the memory? Have a look at this blog for another method to look at memory consumption. Also the Sun JDK6 has its own tools for this.
