Mousewheel vertical scroll problem? Auto-scroll to right?

Is anyone having an issue scrolling up/down in the CFB editor? It happens a lot during the day... I'll use my mousewheel to scroll down and the editor will automatically scroll to the right about 1 tab width. Not sure if this is a CFB problem, an eclipse problem, or something going on with my mouse. It happens on both my Logitech wireless mouse, and another bluetooth mouse... 2 different mice. Windows 7 x64.
