Moving ColdFusion 8 to another server Licensing

Question

What are the licensing issues if any involved in moving an install from one server to another.

I have Coldfusion 8 running on a server and need to move that install onto another server on the same network. What are the steps involved so it can be activated properly if any?

The only 'issue' is that technically the license should only be on a single box at a time. The A-type personality process would be to decommission the first box, then bring up the new box.

How strickt this needs to be followed in the real world is something you will just have to determine for yourself.
