Moving Coldfusion License to another Server

Any idea's on how to do this. I'd like to convert a server with a licensed version of CF8 back to a Developer License. And Install a fresh copy of CF8 on new hardware which will be used in our production environment.

    Delete the license key from server one, restart, viola development server.

    Add license key to server two, viola licensed server.

    CF really has one of the easiest licensing methods around if you ask me
