Multiserver Installation

If we use CF 6.1 Developers Edition, the Install Configuration Page appears but if we enter the license key, that page doesn't appear. Installation Configuration Page contains the following options:
- Server Configuration
- J2EE configuration (Coldfusion MX with JRun 4)
- J2EE configuration (EAR/WAR file)
