Need to Download Cold Fusion 2018 Developer but redirected to download 2021

I go to https://www.adobe.com/support/coldfusion/downloads.html

Click on ColdFusion (2018 release) Downloads

which takes me down the page where I click on ColdFusion (2018 release) - Developer Edition (Free)

which takes me https://www.adobe.com/products/coldfusion/download-trial/try.html

I have filled out the form and am able to download 2021; however I need to download 2018.  
which accomplishes the same thing as above.

if you purchased from or registered with adobe, check your account, check your account using the same adobe id to purchase/register, https://accounts.adobe.com

I have not purchased 2018. We currently use 2016, but I am not the account holder. I was just tasked with downloading 2018 Developer so that our Devs can work on porting what we currently have to 2018 and then we would upgrade our current license.  I see nothing under https://accounts.adobe.com that points to a 2018 Dev download.  I just need a link for the 2018 developer edition.
