New ColdFusion 8 Purchase & Hot Fixes

I purchased ColdFusion 8 last week and while I haven't installed it yet I noticed the file download was labeled as "coldfusion_801" so it looks like at least some (if not all) of the updates from the original release are already included. What version should I see in ColdFusion Administrator to be "current"?

The hot fix page is nothing short of confusing.
