Newly Installed CF Server doesnt start -urgent

Hi all,
I installed MX 7.2 but it doesnt open the admin page..I dont see any error..
http://localhost:8500/CFIDE/administrator/index.cfm

Any help appreciated.

    It is on windows machine and set up as built in server..IIS is already installed.
