non fatal error on installation of developer version

I downloaded the 7.0.2 developer CF installer. The was a first time install, and the installation ended reporting an error. After pulling up the log file, the error (which shows as non-fatal) says:

ERROR - standalone.xmlUnable to delete file C:\CFusionMX7\WEB-INF\cfusion\temp_zip\cfusion-admin-supp_en.zip

I couldn't log into the CF admin page, so I uninstalled, deleted the c:\cfusionmx7 folder, ran it again, and got a similar message.

Any ideas?

First thing to check with install errors like this is Security,
Anti-Virus and Firewall settings. If these are locked down too tight,
CF can have trouble installing.

Then, I would next go search the Adobe CF support site for any technotes
that may deal with this issue.
