Does anyone know the best way to go about this?

I usually create them myself using javascript and CF, but its a laborish task, testing the logic of the questions etc.

    what kind of surveys are you talking about? opinion polls? some sort of
    tests?
    i think ray camden has an open source project over at riaforge that does
