Opening an installed CF 11 Developer Edition - Can't Find exe

I cannot find the exe file to open my new CF 11 Developer software. It's unzipped, but the exe file cannot be found in a folder search. I have Win 7 Ultimate on my PC. It's not a server. I understand the developer edition can be used on Win 7. Please help.

These days Adobe makes you to first download a thirdparty file called Akamai_.... When you launch the Akamai file, it will then enable you to download the ColdFusion 11 installer.

I must have missed the link. Can you include the link to this Akamai file here? Perhaps the link is named differently than Akamai.
