ORA-03113 Please help

My application log file is filled with this error: ODBC Error Code = 08S01 (Communication link failure) ORA-03113: end-of-file on communication channel on multiple applications. People are trying to login and are being presented with this. I do not believe we had this happening on the old server (NT); we moved to Windows 2003 server in March 08; any help would be greatly appreciated. I am running (still I know) CF5 and my code talks to an oracle 9 db.

From what I have found out on the web, it looks "driver-ish" to me. It sounds like something might need to be updated on your new server (DataDirect, etc)

(Edit: D'oh...! You did say ODBC so I didn't really need to ask if you were using "native" or ODBC...)
