Page coming up blank

Im running CFMX 7 multi server with IIS 6. If I log into my site and then logout and log back in the page comes up blank but if you refresh it, it comes up fine. This is happening on mulitple pages. If you are logged in and entering data and saving it once you hit submit the next page will come up blank and a refresh fixes it. Has anyone experienced this?

    This is only happening in IE. Firefox no problem and with Google chrome I get this error Error 320 (net::ERR_INVALID_RESPONSE): Unknown error.
