passing url parameters no longer working

I upgraded from coldfusion 8 to coldfusion 10

installed on a new iis server  - windows 2008 - 64bit

moved my website on the new server with coldfusion 10 running

my coldfusion webpages are working when I am not passing parameters, the pages that i am passing parameters to will not open - ERROR

    I just found another post about the Big Blue Circle Error - "An error occurred executing the Application" - it referred to disabling the Secure Profile feature - I am unable to locate where to disabe this .. can someone assit me.

    I checked settings but i can not find it.

    Hello Maria,

    The secure profile  option is only available during installation.

    i compared the settings in the coldfusion 8 version and matched up with the coldfusion 10 version - still not working

    Failed Signature Verification message when installing updates-- tried all suggestions but still no good

    please help
