performance monitor, CF 8.0.1 in 32 bit mode on Win 2003 x64 broken

Once again:

the perfmon doesn't work on 8.0.1 on Windows 2003, x64 running CF in 32 bit mode.
The eventlog says:
The opening procedure for the service "ColdFusion 8 Application Server" in the DLL "C:\WINDOWS\system32\cfperfmon_8.dll" failed.

    I have checked our servers and found this beaviour on all x64 machines (currently 3)!!!

    Here is the event log:

    The Open Procedure for service "ColdFusion 8 Application Server" in DLL "C:\WINDOWS\system32\cfperfmon_8.dll" failed. Performance data for this service will not be available. The Status code returned is the first DWORD in the attached data.
