Photoshop CS6 on subscription wont open, no error messages

Been using Photoshop on subscription over a year with no problems and yesterday I went to open it and it just wont open. No error messages, just the timing circle appears then disappears.

Tired closing it through task manager but it doesnt appear on the list.

Any ideas would be great
