Port 80 instead of 8500 on Mac

Hi-

Does anyone know how/if I can change the internal development server for Coldfusion to run on port 80 instead of port 8500? I'm running Mac OSX 10.5.2 (Leopard) and I know it comes with Apache but I had difficulties installing CF using Apache, so I'm hoping someone can point me how to simply change the port that the internal dev server uses to 80.

Thanks in advance,

Rich

    Rich,

Did you have problems with Apache even with the 8.0.1 version of CF that was just released? I haven't had any problems with it integrating with Apache. I'm also running 10.5.2.

I have not yet tried installing the new CF release for Mac with Apache, I had such a difficult time trying to configure it with Apache with the pre-Leopard CF8 that I was just happy enough to get it to install with it's own dev server on 8500... Do you know if they have an install checklist on how to configure the new CF8 Leopard version on Apache? How did you do it?

    Thanks in advance,

    Rich
