Problem with Asian Verity

I'm trying to set up some verity collections using Chinese, Japanese and Russian data.
I've downloaded the vertiy pack (verity_win_asia_eur.zip), installed it, restarted CF in Services and I'm still not getting to option of the required languages in the verity page of CF Admin.

Any help will be gratefully accepted as I'm at my wits end.

    Did you restart the CF *Search* service?

    NB, you mentioned Russian before. Verity doesn't handle Russian at all
    well, despite claims it makes.

    I recommend not bothering with Verity at all, and use Lucene instead.

    Thanks for the reply. I've restarted the search services and still nothing. Unfortunately I'm not in a position to change from Verity at the moment.
