Problem with Unicode ( Arabic / Farsi )

Hi, 

I have a problem with character set in unicode for Arabic & Farsi. I try to add record to MySql ( ver 5.7 ) in Arabic / Farsi Languages but data saved to database as "???????", i dont have problem to read data because it will show correctly in the CFOUTPUT but in the database saved like "??????". I use coldfuaion 9 and mysql 5.7. Itry Utf8, utf8mb4 but the rasult is the same. how can i save data in mysql which show the record as real character?
