Purolator webservice

Has anyone done any work with the purolator webservice ... I have all the docs, developer keys, service urls etc ... but having a heck of a time even connecting to it.

for example, I try to access: https://devwebservices.purolator.com/EWS/V1/ServiceAvailability/WSDLs/ServiceAvailabilityService.wsdl?wsdl  and there appear to be no methods available to call.... ?

anyone have any experience?
