Random blank pages after Windows update

I ran Windows updates on our Win 2003 server and now CF 9 randomly returns blank pages. If you refresh the page the content will then be displayed. Tried rolling back Windows updates and problem still exists. Prior to this update all features of CF and Windows ran fine.
