Random requests to ide.cfm

I am having random request to this file on my pc, I didn't install CF on it so I have no idea where it is coming from.

That is the url for ColdFusion RDS, so the requests are probably coming from Dreamweaver or ColdFusion Builder, etc.

I see, its strange though I have dreamweaver but IM not running CF. DW is doing to much in this case.
