RDS Configuration Not Available in Eclipse

Adobe says to configure the RDS in Eclipse via Window > Preferences > ColdFusion > RDS Configuration. However I only have Window > Preferences > ColdFusion > Debug Mappings and Debug Settings. I have the CF Extensions installed via Flex Builder Plugin and I see it in the manage configuration.

What am I missing?

Look under Window > Preferences > Adobe > RDS Configuration
