RDS connection problem

We are on CF8 and we are trying to get RDS running on our test server. We are looking at using the CF reporting module. When CF was installed I don't think the RDS part was done. We found articles on the internet that we have to uncomment code in the web.xml. We did that and restarted CF. It gives us the same problem. Is there something else that needs to be done? Are we missing something? Any help would be great.

It was an IIS security setting on the Cfide folder that we needed to change. The RDS worked on Dreamweaver without changing the security setting but not for CF Reports. Charlie Arehart helped us discover the solution.

If I remember correctly, RDS is something that must be installed; not something that can be activated by uncommenting code in the web.xml.

Some web articles say that you need to just uncomment a few lines, but you might be right that it has to be done when installing CF. thanks for the reply.
