RDS Connection Problem - Unknown Compression Method

I am having problems connecting to CF9 (remote server) with RDS.  The message returned when testing the connection says "Unable to contact the RDS server.... http request returned message: unknown compression method"

I AM able to connect to RDS through Dreamweaver.

I have tried disabling HTTP compression in IIS.

I am not using SSL.

CFBuilder Beta 3 (Build: 263215), Mac OSX 10.6.2

Does anyone have an idea how to fix this?

For anyone else having this issue...  here is what fixed this issue for me.

In the metabase.xml file used by IIS - set occurrences of DoDynamicCompression and DoStaticCompression to false.
