Can anybody help.

I cannot get the RDS login Screen to appear, when I click on it I get an error message in Dreamweaver and an error in the JRUN window saying File not found /CFIDE/main/ide.cfm C:\ColdFusion8\wwwroot\CFIDE\main\ide.cfm exist.

Any idea where I can find this file, it does not exist on my machine.

Thanks
Julian

Hi Daverms

Reloading the Coldfusion software did the trick but I used the trial version and specified a RDS login. It worked perfectly first time after this.
Thanks for your help.

Yeah julian... Re-installing CF might be a good option..

The developer edition supports RDS, just check the appropriate option during installation and provide a password while the prompt appears.

Hi Daverms

Thanks for this it worked in solving the error in the Jrun screen but I still cannot get the RDS login to come up, I am going to try reinstalling coldfusion as I suspect it might be the developer version I was running. If you have any other ideas let me know.

Thanks

Hi Julian,

Just create a "main" subdirectory in your "C:\ColdFusion8\wwwroot\CFIDE" directory and add a blank "ide.cfm" file there.

That will do the trick!...
