RDS login issue

I got error message from while login RDS server using Dreamweaver and Report Builder.

I got HTTP/1.1 404 Not Found and get Serv name or address cannot be resolved.

I search on this forum and check the following packagelist.cfm and my user ID and password is valid, since I am able to get packages list.

Please advise what I can check my other than the package list or anything I can do to find a solution,
