Remote Solr

Having trouble connecting to a remote Solr instance.  Both servers are CF11.  Server A runs Solr locally and has several collections on it.  I want to connect to those collections from Server B.

I keep getting the error Cold Fusion Serivce is not running.

Is there a guide on how to set this up?
