Repeated crashing of Report Editor

Has anyone else encountered repeated crashing while changing file tabs in the Report Editor? If I switch back and forth between multiple files in the editor, it will crash around the 3rd or 4th change. Has anyone else had (and hopefully solved) this issue?

In my case I still have a problem with it but it isn't nearly as bad as it was with CF MX7. I guess I really started noticing the problem when I had a report open that had a few layers of embedded subreports. My main report has about 6 different sub-sections and each sub-section has a few subreports. It got to be such a problem that I couldn't even work on the main report without it crashing as soon as I tried to make any kind of change.

The way I "solved" the problem was to make dummy stubs of my higher level sub-sections. So if I needed to make changes on the main report, I would first change the name of the stubs to what the sub-sections were called. That way the Report Builder doesn't have to access all the sub-reports, it just grabs all the stubs, which really made a difference in the crashes.

Other than that I just live with the crashing since Report Builder only takes a couple seconds to load.
