Question

Reset Developer Edition?

We recently installed the Developer edition of Coldfusion 9 on our Development server.  We accidentally connected to it from the wrong external IP address.  Will a reinstall of Coldfusion and a reconnection from the correct IP fix this problem?

Thanks

We accidentally connected to it from the wrong external IP address.

As I understand it, there is nothing like a wrong IP address from which to connect, internal or external. There is simply a limit to the number of addresses from which to connect to the Developer Edition.

Which is how I read the question.  They had a desireable IP address that they wanted to access, but they accessed the development server from the wrong address so this limit was preventing time accessing it from the desired one.

Yeah... it would.... but so would just a simple stop and start of the ColdFusion service/deamon
