Retrieving DSN settings from Coldfusion folder

Hello community, a client just brought a server which its motherboard died. I've trid to install the same hard drive of that server into another computer just to avoid installing coldfusion again and setting it up, but the computer kept rebooting.

Is ther any way to get the DSNs from the old hard drive?

What would happen if I copy the coldfusion lib folder form one hard drive into the other one?
