Review and Comment feature - problems
How do I get the email address to show up in the TO box and the MESSAGE to show up in the body of the email?
I am trying to use the "REVIEW AND COMMENT" feature to send a document on to someone via email for review and commenting.
When I click on REVIEW AND COMMENT it brings up the dialog box and I put the email address in and save the document and when the email comes up the EMAIL address and the MESSAGE are all in the TO box of the email message. I have to cut the message out of the TO and paste it into the MESSAGE portion of the email. Then I have to make sure the email address is correct. I have tried putting a space, semi-colon, and enter after the email with no luck. Has anyone else had this problem? How do I solve it?
