Rich Text Editor

I am having issues with putting <cftextarea> inside a tabbed <cflayout> while running the page in Internet Explorer.

It seems to display fine in Chrome.

I have set widths and almost everything else I can think of. If I drop the cftextarea outside the Tabbed <cflayout> it will display fine.

A.) Any solution

B.) Is there another rich text editor out there anyone wants to recomend?
