rss feed problem

I am trying testing bringing in an rss feed on a couple of webpages. I have this working correctly on my internal testing server, but when I push the files to the live server I get the following message:

"Could not find the ColdFusion Component or Interface cpc.includes.MM_XSLTransform.MM_XSLTransform."

Would anyone have any ideas on how to correct this error? Why would this work on the testing server but not the live one?
