Run a task every two week
I have a task that needs to be run every two weeks (14 days
then 28 days, etc... after the date.) from a date that is extracted
from a database. How would I do this?

Schedule the job to run every day.
Extract the date once so that it's a constant.
In the template, hard code that contstant date. Use if/else logic on mod 14 of the date diff to determine whether or not any code runs.
