Scheduled tasks not running or logging in CF9 on Windows 2008

I recently upgraded my JVM, pointed to the new version in the CF Admin, and the site is humming right along.  One strange issue though... all my cf scheduled tasks appear in the CF Admin but none of them run and none of them log.  When I manually click on the run button the CF Admin tells me it ran successfully but when I check the log its not in there.  Scheduled task logging is turned on.  Strange.

    Did you try (you might have ...) to delete and readd a task and see if it logs ?

    Actually the person helping me, the support at KickassVPS, decided to do that and now its working just fine.
