scheduled tasks timeout with cf11

In CF11 administrator site, I have set a timeout value of 15000 seconds. However the jobs has timeout after 960 seconds (value set in the settings page).

Is this attribute deprecated in CF11 ?

As a workaround, I have added a cfsetting in the page itself.
