Scheduling a PDF output using cfdocument

Has anyone come up with a way to have a page save a pdf/flashpaper file of a webpage at a certain time during the day without someone accessing the site. I have an electronic time sheet that I want to save a copy of at the end of the day but want to have this happen without anyone having to access the page. Can this be done?
