Server Monitor - Missing buttons?

We recently installed CF9 (upgrade from CF7) and the Server Monitor seems to be mucked up.  We setup the administrator at first as multiple users and then switched back to single user.

When we click on "Launch Server Monitor" it brings up the monitor, but it prompts for connection and credential information.  I want to make sure we are entering it correctly as nothing seems to come up when we enter the correct login information.  No process information, nothing.

We remembered a "Start Monitoring" button, but it doesn't seem to be showing up  No data.

We were wondering if the context root is wrong (we aren't entering anything there). Any ideas?

Did you ever get this fixed? I'm having the same problem.

When I first clicked on the button Launch Multiserver Monitor  Coldfusion asked me to register. I did, using

    Server: 127.0.0.1
    Port: 8500
    Context root: /
    HTTPS: (checkbox unchecked)

    Username: admin (default)
    Password: my_pw

Coldfusion then duly created an account, and logged me in. During this process, my firewall requested several times that I allow a connection. If you have a firewall and receive no such request, chances are that it might be blocking the connection in the background. If so, temporarily disable the firewall.
