Server Suggestions/thoughts

My company is building a new web environment. Our old one is an antique and our IT department is attempting to position our web environment to take advantage of the newer technologies and growth. We are currently on CFMX (ugh) and want to continue to leverage CF, but have other pieces of the organization that use .Net. Our hope is to invest in a server technology hat allows for this. Our db's on the backedn are SQL and we have an Oracle instance. We are looking at both Adobe's CF server and Blue Dragon. The reason for looking at Blue Dragon is their .Net capabilities. Problem is I am a CFer and do not know much about .Net. Does anyone have any thoughts/suggestions on this area?

Thanks,

Clay

What kind of integration, if any, do you see with the .NET side of things?

Right now we are simply discussion things in theory. We have SharePoint and there are other parts of the organizatio

n that use .Net. Basically, what it comes down to is if there is a piece of .Net code that supplies data I ca

n utilize in a CF app, we would like to do so.

Are these applications (CF & .NET) going to run on the same server? If not, then it doesn't really matter what you get. In that case, I'd recommend Adobe CF. CF can consume .NET web services and vice-versa, with a few minor caveats.
