Setup Server in Builder 3 with CommonSpot CMS

I'm trying to find a good step by step instruction on how to add Server in Builder 3. I found this YouTube tutorial, CFBuilder Server Setup - YouTube, but since we used CommonSpot CMS, I'm not sure the proper way to setup. Any suggestion is much appreciated.

That video pretty much explains it. Why do you think it wont work with the product you use? (I have never seen/used CommonSpot)
