shared hosting that allows 4-5gb SQL database

I've checked out most of the places recommended in these forums and they all seem to cap the database size limit to 1-1.5 GB on their highest tiered shared programs.  I need to migrate an CF/MS SQL 2005 application that already has a database that's 1.7GB in size and all these providers can only offer that if you go with a dedicated machine which is simply too much $$$.

Can someone recommend such a provider?
