If anyone can offer some insight on this, we are a mid size business that runs CF apps for our websites. We have recently had our servers slowed to a halt when performing functions like mailing list sending via CFmail tags and the like. What we notice is that the CFSearch Server which we beileve to be running the K2 indexing process is also loading multiple instances of kvoop.exe which is bring our servers to a halt and making our sites time out or hang indefinatley. If anyone has any insight to this issue or have experienced themselves and perhaps has any advice to offer or even a solution, we're all ears. Looking forward to your quick replies.

Check the log files for clues (for the search engine I think they're
    located in in #search_engine_install_dir#/Data/services/*/log/). If
you're not using the search engine you can safely shut it down.
