I am back and am trying to take the program a little further.
It searches for everything perfectly, names, dates of hire, date of
births, etc. i do however want to make a change the search set up
to make it a soundex to make searching thru 4000+ employess alot
easier. i am attaching the code that i have now... but the powers
to be are requesting soundex to make it easier for them....some are
not all that talented in the new advances called computers...so the
easier it is for them the easier it is for me....lol. and as always
thank you in advance for any assistance you can give me. and here
is the code...
