Special Characters in CF 2018 CFDocument output

I have problem when trying to output  characters like  (⇒) (≈) (♦), Chinese words etc  when using CFDocument. These characters were gone in the PDF output result.  What is the better method to solve this issue.

    You should be able to do that as long as you've specified UTF-8 appropriately and are using a Unicode font that supports the characters you want.. Ben Nadel put together an example of which fonts work for this here:
